Open water class fees are $185 for both days, and includes equipment rental. This includes:

                          -2 tanks w/ air fills 
                          - Buoyancy compensator and weights
                          - Alternate airsource
                          - Regulator
                          - Compass
                          - Wetsuit and hood

Mask, snorkel, boots, fins, and gloves are not included in the open water rental fee. We require gloves to be worn during the open water portion of the class for your protection and comfort. Gloves are available for purchase at Buckeye for around $23 a pair.

There is a $15.00 entrance fee into Whitestar quarry each day. Additionally, students will need 2 air fills at the quarry for Sunday’s dives, which cost $7.00 per fill. Air fill prices are subject to change with out our knowledge.

If you will need to rent equipment, especially wetsuits please stop in so we can size you properly. We have limited quantities in certain sizes and we want to make sure you have the best fit possible. We recommend reserving equipment early to assure a good experience during your open water dives.
