We completely understand that finding the extra fund for a trip like this is hard during these times, so we are going to shot for the next year.

We have got it! We are going to fly out in November . Get to business and board the "Spritit of Freedom" for a awesome week diving the Great Barrier Reef. Upon out return we will spend 2 days in Cairns at Kewarra resort then off to Sydney for a couple of days to relax, explore and prepare for out journey home.
Our adventure will begin on November 2010 when we will be departing Cleveland Hopkins Airport to travel around the world! Travel will take two days to get to our first destination city, Cairns Australia! We will be flying to Honolulu, Hawaii then onto Guam and finally Cairns. Flight information can change as this is only our estimated itinerary and tickets will not be available for a few more months.
Once in Cairns we will have a day or two to rebound from our travels and begin taking in the beautiful scenery. We will be staying at the absolutely gorgeous Kewarra Beach Resort.
In November we will board our dive boat for the week! We are booking the "Spirit of Freedom" to guide our dive adventure in the Coral Sea and the mighty "Great Barrier Reef". At 120' long and a beam of 21' we felt she was right for our group! We also liked all the amenities too! We are looking to book a more northernly route but we will be at the mercy of the weather conditions!
Upon our return to Cairns we will spend another 2 days exploring the tropical northern part of Australia. We will then fly to Sydney to see how the southern half lives. We will do bit of exploring in the famous harbor area and if at all possible a bit of the outback.
