The instructor program is one that teaches the art of teaching. As a Dive Master or Dive Control Specialist you have mastered the highest level of knowledge in the diving field. Now it's time to show you how to share this knowledge with others and do it in a consistent professional way. We are going to start with the basic building blocks of education and show you how to keep building upon them until you are a master instructor.
Our training program begins with a home study approach where you complete all the reading and course work on your own. When you have completed this we begin the facilitation process to insure you have absorbed and metabolize all the proper information. We then move to the hands on training in confined water to work on real world scenarios and hurdles you may encounter in the classroom or in the field. Our final evaluation is working with real students in real situations to confirm your ability to produce and properly train confident divers.
